Patrick Rouse has served as President of GTPS Insurance Agency since 2008, bringing over two decades of industry expertise and leadership to the firm. A lifelong resident of Champaign, Illinois, Patrick graduated from and played football at the University of Illinois. He began his career at GTPS in 2005 as a Personal Lines Manager and Commercial Producer, where he developed a deep understanding of client needs and risk management strategies. He was promoted to President in 2008. Under his leadership, GTPS Insurance Agency has grown into a trusted provider of comprehensive insurance solutions, serving a wide array of commercial lines customers across Illinois and beyond. Patrick is known for his hands-on approach to client service, his commitment to ethical business practices, and his ability to guide businesses through complex coverage decisions with clarity and confidence. In addition to managing his portfolio of clients, He continues to oversee the day-to-day operations of GTPS while fostering a culture of guidance, trust, protection, and service—the core values that define the agency. Outside of work, Patrick remains actively involved in the Champaign community and is dedicated to supporting local initiatives that promote economic growth and well-being.

Terry has been part of the insurance industry since 1991 and joined GTPS Insurance Agency when it first opened in 1998. With more than 30 years of experience, he’s known for his dedication to clients and his commitment to providing services that go above and beyond. Originally from southern Illinois, Terry played college football at Millikin University before starting his career in insurance. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cheering on the Illini, and spending time outdoors with his wife, five children, and growing family of grandchildren.

Aimee began her insurance career in 2001 and joined GTPS Insurance Agency in 2002. Over the past two decades, she has grown with the agency, moving from receptionist to commercial and benefits sales. At GTPS, Aimee reviews existing benefit plans to optimize cost and value, assists with renewals and carrier negotiations, supports open enrollment and employee education, monitors regulatory changes to ensure compliance, and serves as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. Her straightforward approach and deep industry knowledge make her a trusted partner to clients and a cornerstone of the GTPS team. Outspoken, fun, and fiercely proud of her son Collin, she enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband David, their blended family, and her cats.

Susan joined GTPS Insurance Agency in 1998 and has been an essential part of the team ever since. With more than 20 years of experience in both personal and commercial insurance, she’s known for her reliability and genuine care for her clients. Susan takes pride in building lasting relationships and making sure every client feels supported. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Megan was born and raised in central Illinois and earned her degrees from Parkland College and Greenville University. She has been with GTPS Insurance Agency since 2009 and is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. In her role, she helps ensure daily operations are efficient and that every client receives the best possible service. Megan prides herself in being responsive and accommodating in order to provide customers with the best possible experience. Outside of work, Megan loves shopping, live music, sporting events, decorating, and spending time with family and friends.

Proudly rooted in Central Illinois, Kenny holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and brings over a decade of insurance expertise to the table.  He is licensed to deal in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance and is currently pursuing multiple professional designations. Kenny is the utmost professional and makes client care his top priority. When not in the office, he is likely spending time with my family.

Demi Ramirez joined GTPS Insurance Agency in 2024, where she helps businesses with their insurance needs and supports the agency’s marketing efforts. A proud Illini alumna with a degree in journalism, she brings experience from news reporting and banking into her role. Outside of work, Demi is an amateur boxer and coaches a women’s boxing class. She also enjoys time at home with her two pups, Jax & Odin, and is recently engaged.

Christine has nearly 20 years of insurance experience and a down-to-earth approach to client service. Before joining the agency in 2025, she spent over 15 years with a local carrier, gaining valuable experience in membership, marketing, and implementation. That well-rounded background gives her a strong foundation in benefits administration and client support. In her role, Christine works alongside and supports Aimee Gaddis in managing benefits accounts, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and personalized service. Outside of work, she enjoys tractor pulls, spending time with her family, and helping on her family farm.”
